Welcome to Somaeon Wellness (“Somaeon”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Trust, respect and professionalism are at the foundation of every Somaeon experience. These Terms of Use explain the conditions that apply when you visit our website, submit a booking request or receive a service arranged through Somaeon.
1. Nature of the Services
Somaeon offers and coordinates professional in-home wellness services, which may include massage and body treatments, wellness acupuncture and selected individual or group wellbeing practices.
Our services are designed to support relaxation, personal care and general wellbeing.
Information provided through this website is for general informational purposes and is not intended to replace appropriate medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have concerns regarding your health, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
2. Booking Requests & Confirmation
Appointments may be requested through the Somaeon website or through other communication methods made available by us.
By submitting a booking request:
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You understand that submitting a booking request does not automatically create a confirmed appointment.
- An appointment is confirmed only after Somaeon has communicated confirmation of the service, date, time, location and applicable price.
All appointments remain subject to availability. Somaeon may decline a booking when the requested service cannot reasonably be provided safely, professionally or within the applicable service area.
3. In-Home Appointments
Somaeon services are primarily provided at a location selected by the client.
The client is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the appointment, including:
- A clean, safe and reasonably private space.
- Sufficient room for the practitioner and any necessary professional equipment.
- Reasonable access to the property.
- Accurate information regarding the address, entrance, parking restrictions or other access requirements.
Somaeon or the practitioner may decline, postpone, shorten or discontinue an appointment if the environment presents a reasonable health, safety or professional concern.
4. Health & Suitability Information
To help ensure that a session can be provided safely, clients should disclose any relevant information before the treatment begins.
This may include, where relevant:
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery
- Recent injuries
- Allergies
- Skin conditions
- Infectious illness
- Relevant medication
- Medical conditions that may affect the suitability of the requested service
A practitioner may modify, postpone or decline a service where they reasonably consider that proceeding would be inappropriate or unsafe.
Where there is uncertainty regarding the suitability of a service, you may be advised to seek medical advice before proceeding.
5. Professional Conduct & Boundaries
Every Somaeon session is founded on trust, dignity, respect and professionalism.
All services are provided exclusively for relaxation, personal care and wellbeing purposes.
Somaeon does not provide, imply or permit sexual services, sexual practices, erotic massage or inappropriate physical contact of any kind.
Sexual requests, inappropriate advances, suggestive behaviour, harassment, intimidation or any other conduct that compromises professional boundaries or the safety of the practitioner will result in the immediate termination of the session.
In such circumstances, the practitioner may leave the premises immediately and Somaeon reserves the right to refuse future appointments.
Any applicable payment relating to reserved appointment time, travel or services already provided will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the booking terms communicated to the client.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Any applicable cancellation or missed-appointment charge will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.
Nothing in this cancellation policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Greek or European Union law.
7. Delays
Somaeon will make reasonable efforts to ensure practitioners arrive at the agreed appointment time.
Traffic, weather, access difficulties or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally result in delays. Where possible, the client will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable.
If the client is not ready or accessible at the agreed appointment time, the session may need to be shortened in order to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
8. Prices & Payments
The price of the selected service and any applicable additional charge will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.
Payments may be completed using a secure external Stripe payment link.
Somaeon does not collect or store full payment-card information through this website.
Receipts and other records that Somaeon is legally required to maintain may be retained in accordance with applicable accounting and tax legislation.
9. Consumer Rights
Certain appointments arranged remotely may constitute distance or off-premises service contracts under applicable consumer law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, including any applicable 14-day withdrawal period, Somaeon will respect that right in accordance with Greek and European Union law.
If you specifically request that a service take place before an applicable withdrawal period has expired, additional rules concerning early performance of the service may apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that consumers cannot legally waive.
10. Third-Party Services
Somaeon may use third-party technology providers in order to operate parts of the website and provide its services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Payments may be processed through Stripe using an external secure payment link.
Somaeon does not receive or store your complete payment-card details through this website.
